Running is limited rather than yes. The 18 km/h top speed and 15% incline would allow it, but the belt is 130 x 43 cm, which is short and narrow for a running stride, the 110 kg ceiling is the lowest of any powered treadmill here, and the 2 HP figure is PEAK rather than continuous, so the sustained power behind it is not established. Walking is comfortably within all of that, and a published 1 km/h minimum speed helps. Storage is yes on the smallest folded footprint of any full-size treadmill recorded, 98 x 73 cm, though folding raises it to 143.5 cm so it does not go under anything. Apartment is limited on 71 kg of mass rather than noise, which is unpublished here as everywhere.
