Running is yes on a 140 x 50 cm belt at 16 km/h, which sits between the narrow ProForm and the wider NordicTrack and JTX Sprints. Walking is well within it, and the published 0.8 km/h minimum speed is genuinely useful for a slow walker where most listings here do not state a minimum at all. Apartment is limited on 81.5 kg of mass rather than noise, which is unpublished. Storage is limited: it folds, but folding raises it to 154 cm and leaves a 116 x 85 cm footprint.
