ProForm Carbon TL

Written by Jamie Miller, Founder & EditorLast checked

We have not run on this machine and we do not pretend to have. What follows is every figure ProForm or its retailer publishes about the ProForm Carbon TL, each one carrying where it came from and when we checked it, and an equally plain list of the 4 figures nobody publishes at all.

Evidence we hold for this productManufacturer stated, checked 18 Sept 2026

What the figures say

Every line below is worked out from the numbers in the table, compared against the other machines we hold records for. None of it is an impression.

Against it

  • The 136 kg ceiling is below the 182 kg of the highest-rated machine we hold.

What nobody publishes

Most sites leave these rows out, which makes a machine look better documented than it is. They are here because knowing what is unknown changes how much weight you put on the rest.

Who it suits

Our reading of the figures above, not a verdict on the machine.

Not established

Running is yes on the published figures, though the 46 cm belt is narrow for a running stride against the 55 cm of the NordicTrack and the JTX Sprints, and 16 km/h is the lower end of the running machines here. Apartment is limited on 81 kg of mass, which is mid-range for this set, and not on noise, which is unpublished everywhere. Storage is genuinely UNKNOWN rather than limited: the listing says it folds but publishes no folded dimensions, so there is no basis for saying what it takes up once folded.

How this page was put together

Every figure above was read off a named source, recorded with the date we read it, and is shown with that source attached. Where two sources disagreed we kept both. Where a figure was missing we left it missing, because the alternative is to borrow a number from a similar model and hope. Nothing here is a measurement of ours. How we review.
