This comparison runs into a wall immediately, and the wall is the useful finding.For the JLL machine we could establish 4 of the 15 figures we look for. For the JTX machine, 13. JLL's own specification panel for a treadmill it is selling today publishes no motor, no top speed, no incline and no belt dimensions.

The empty cells are the point. A comparison table that hid them would make these machines look equally well documented, and they are not.

Why this matters more than a spec race
Belt length decides whether a person can run on a treadmill. Top speed decides whether it keeps up. For the JLL machine, neither is published by the company selling it, so a buyer cannot answer either question before the box arrives. That is not a criticism of how the machine performs, which we have not assessed. It is a statement about what you are able to check.
JTX publishes running-area dimensions, roller diameters, folded dimensions and floor-to-deck height at both flat and incline, and labels its motor figure CHP so you know it is continuous rather than peak. It is the most complete disclosure of any brand in our records, and it is worth saying that plainly.
What this page is not
It is not a verdict on which machine is better. We have run on neither. A well-documented treadmill can still disappoint and a poorly documented one can be perfectly good. What we can tell you is which one lets you make an informed decision before you buy, and on that the two are not close.
What we have not established
We have tested neither machine. The JTX figures come from the manufacturer's own site and the JLL figures from JLL's, both unverified by us, which is why both records sit at grade D. Note also that the JLL S300 and T350, the two models most people search for, no longer exist in JLL's range at all. How we review.
