Manufacturer-stated maximum speed is 6 km/h, which is a walking pace, and the belt is 1200 x 400 mm. Both figures place this below any running use. Storage is rated yes on the published folded thickness of 136 mm. Apartment suitability is unknown rather than yes: no decibel figure is published, and the manufacturer's "quiet" claim carries no measurement behind it.
