Running is no - 6 km/h on a 100 x 40 cm belt is walking only. Storage is yes at 16 kg and around 11 cm tall, the lightest machine recorded here and easily moved by one person. Apartment is unknown for the usual reason, no published decibel figure. Worth knowing before buying: this listing publishes no maximum user weight at all, so a heavier walker has nothing to check against.
