If you’ve ever been to the gym, chances are you’ve seen someone fall off a treadmill. It’s always hilarious… until it happens to you. Trust us, we’ve been there.

In this blog, we’ve compiled this list of the 8 funniest treadmill fails we’ve ever seen to hopefully make you laugh – and to make you feel a little better about your own treadmill misfortunes. Read on and enjoy!

Funniest Treadmill Fail

1. The knock your socks (or shoes) off

You’ve never seen a treadmill fail quite like this one. This fall really knocks this guys socks off when he falls off the machine and loses his footwear in the process! His friend can’t quite believe it. Hilarious!

2. The premature dismount

I’ve said it 100 times and I’ll say it again – flirting and treadmills don’t mix! This guy learns this the hard way when trying to impress a girl by showing off his treadmill skills. Unfortunately, things don’t go as planned and he ends up falling off the machine in front of her. Nice recovery though!

3. The slip ‘n slide

This one is just plain impressive. We don’t know how this guy managed to stay on his feet for so long, but he eventually slips and takes an epic tumble. We give him an A for effort!

4. The bowling ball

What do you get when you put heavy gym equipment, a guy, and treadmill together? An epic treadmill fail! Watch as this poor guy flies off the treadmill and into a stack of weights, causing them to all fall on him. Double whammy!

5. The slow motion face plant

This guy was cruising along on the treadmill when he suddenly lost his balance. His attempt at recovering the fall is admirable but ultimately a massive fail! Ouch.

6. The show off

A disaster waiting to happen. This guy thought it would be a good idea to ride his bike on a treadmill – and of course, things went horribly wrong. Watch this hilarious treadmill fail and see how both he, his bike and a very sore elbow end up on the floor. Can’t say we didn’t see that one coming!

7. The inter-fall training

Interval training on the treadmill is easy as you can alternate between periods of high and low intensity exercise. It’s a great way to get a good workout in without overdoing it… unless you fall off the treadmill like this guy did. Oops!

8 .The afternoon snack

This is not only impressive but very satisfying to watch. This guy took his afternoon snack break on the treadmill to a whole new level and things went a little bit wrong. Watch him hilariously take down an entire bag of crackers while making a total mess on the floor. I’ll stick to a bowl myself, thanks!

Conclusion

Treadmills can be tricky beasts, as this ambitious lot found out the hard way! Whether it’s due to negligence or pure clumsiness, falling off a treadmill is always funny… until it happens to you. So next time you’re going for a run, be careful but sure to keep an eye out for these unsuspecting souls – you might just get a good laugh out of it!
