Believe me. The fitness landscape changes a lot, brands and manufacturers come and go.
My focus has always been on reviewing specific treadmill models. But what about the actual brands? A treadmill is expensive purchase, so a good brand should offer:
- Friendly, responsive customer service
- Free UK delivery (within reason)
- Decent guarantees
- A trading history (preferably several years in the industry)
A few of the brands below I’ve had personal experiences with. Some I’ve tested by reaching out to their customer service team. Some have given me products to test and give an honest review (I like to get hands on!). Branx Fitness
Branx Fitness are at the top of this list for a few reasons.
Firstly, they are well renowned for their top-notch customer service (look at the buyer reviews) and second, their treadmills are the best in-market commercial grade at present. I’ve even had the pleasure of personally reviewing the Elite Runner Pro and their Cardio Pro.
What else makes them stand above the rest?
Procurement – The components to manufacture treadmills are from Germany. This is important as the other brands typically source from China to save on costs.
Team – They’ve taken time to recruit the best and hand pick individuals from different fitness based disciplines. Most of the team consist of personal trainers, qualified dietitians and nutritionists.

A Tier
Reebok
Reebok have been in the sports and fitness industry since 1958. They tick a lot of my boxes for the best treadmill brands for home use. Let’s explore why.
Well, they offer one of the best treadmills (in its mid-range price group), the Reebok ZR8. They’re going to be around for the foreseeable future and their customer service is fantastic, I’ve vetted them personally.
In 2021, I will be purchasing some of Reebok’s latest treadmills (mid to high range) and giving updated reviews. They are yet to get back to me regarding this.
